Ana Gonzales bio

Ana Gonzalez de Jorgenson is an Mexican singer and musician born into a family of musicians. She spent the majority of her youth listening to classical music, boleros from the past, traditional ranchero or romantic tunes, as well classic classical music. Ana loves tangos, opera, and every form of dramatic performances. Ana began learning and singing songs with her mother she began her more intensive singing training at the age of 16 working with the famous Mexican Tenor Flavio Becerra. In Guadalajara, she attended the School of Music of University of Guadalajara as well as in Toluca at Toluca at the School of Sacred Music. The beginning of her professional career saw her perform with many opera choruses, chamber groups in Guadalajara. When she moved to the United States in 2000, she performed with the Fort Lauderdale Symphony Chorus before shifting to her residence in the southern part of California. She's a regular solo performer at private parties and events and performs classical Latin American Music. As a musician and teacher Ana is a dedicated participant in numerous community projects due to her enthusiasm and love for music. Ana has also been a former participant in the Community Chorus of Redlands, the Inland Master Chorale, and the Performance Loft. Ana is grateful for having the chance to share her love and enthusiasm for old-fashioned Latin American songs with others and, in the process hopes to instill a sense of to, particularly in the younger age group, to help keep this tradition alive.Viva Mexico!
